WTC Servicepoint

WTC Servicepoints are the public face of the World Trade Center Amsterdam organisation and where WTC-based companies can come to with all their suggestions, complaints and questions about the complex and its facilities. There are currently two Servicepoints – one in Central Hall and one in Lobby I/H. WTC tenants can contact the WTC Servicepoints either in person, online through the Facilitor system, by phone or by email via info@wtcservicepoint.com. The desks are open during office hours, but operate a 24-hour alert service for emergencies.
