WTC Servicepoints are the public face of the World Trade Center Amsterdam organisation. It is where WTC-based companies can come to with all their suggestions, complaints and questions about the complex and its facilities. Whether the question is about rubbish collection, cleaning services or the plants in the central courtyard, the WTC Servicepoint staff aim to deal with it within 24 hours. In their smart grey uniforms, they are the link between tenants and WTC Management. WTC tenants can contact the WTC Servicepoints either in person, online through the Facilitor system, by phone or by email via firstname.lastname@example.org. Making it easy to communicate is central to WTC Servicepoint’s philosophy, as is ensuring customers knowing their problems will be solved. The desks is open during office hours, but operates a 24-hour alert service for emergencies.
